The Lee Enfield rifle is still a popular gun in North America despite not being produced for many years. Thousands are in the hands of hunters in Canada and the USA. The guns are nearly indestructable and fire a powerful enough round for big game hunting.

When I collected military rifles I had a #4 in very good condition. Also owned a number of Mauser rifles of different types and some japanese and one Italian rifle. I took 'em all to a range one day to compare accuracy and handling. My K98 and the Carcano carbine handled the best for me but the old ...
