    Great vacuum cleaner, picks up all the dogs hairs, leaves the pile on the carpet standing up looking freshly vacuumed. Have had for 9 years without fault, still works as good as new. would recommend to anyone!

    I have owned many brands of vacuum cleaner over the years( electrolux, Goblin, Sebo, Henry etc) the Miele Cat & Dog is infinitely superior!     I have used Dyson cleaners for years and thought they were the best on the market till i disscovered the Miele CAT & DOG TT 5000 vacuum cleaner. It really is far better than the dyson in every respect if only i had purchased one years ago.

    Did not pick up all the dog hairs, which was the reason I purchased it!!! expensive bags. Waste of money- customer service 0/10

    Our Miele CAT & DOG TT 5000 vacuum cleaner broke down whilst under warranty - just 18 months old - and Miele refused to fix it. Terrible customer service!

    I think this vacuum cleaner is a must for anyone who has problems with pet hairs on their carpets. It's as simple as that.

    I have looked long and hard at reviews on vacuums and came to the conclusion that the cheap models I bought from local supermarkets are a complete waste of money as the suction was no good on them for picking up pet hairs and general suction was greatly reduced with only half a bag full of debrie.
