    Personally not happy with Tech Support, the player stopped charging and it was plugged into the computer - contacted tech support and I feel I received no help - although they did advised me that I should buy a new one! No I will not buy a new one - I spent 180 on this to so why a new one!? If I do ...

    First of all, I'd like to notice that I use my player for music listening mostly (no game playing or Internet access). Besides, I can't say that I have thousands of favourite songs.

    I have now bought 4 of these, 3 x 1 GB and 1 x 2GB. They are great value for money and do the job. The AAA battery is easily replaced and lasts a long time.
