I think metacharge should be described as a payment gateway or resseller in my opinion, as far as I am aware they get the merchant account from a German bank? I do not recommend this Online Payment system.

I am a previous customer of Metacharge.com, I do not recommend them as an online payment system. I have closed my account with them after around a year because they have imposed new requirements which I could not meet. I closed my account with excellent records, very low chargeback percentage etc, a ...
