Stayed here with my partner in January after reading reviews. Location is very convenient: We rarely used public transport, and walked to Vatican, Colosseo, Forums, etc.

Hotel Santa Maria is a beautiful and tranquil refuge, brilliantly located for cafes, restaurants and small shops. The gardens are lovely, rooms comfortable and staff welcoming.
