    At the time I bought the Relisys TL766-RU monitor I paid £219 for it, which wasn't the cheapest of all for a 17" LCD at the time. However, I am still 'pleased as Punch' with it.     The Relisys TL766 is an excellent buy for the cost, It came with all cables and a good instruction manual which was not needed as as soon as it was connected it worked.
