    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Failed to return deposit. Service was fine except paid more than twice the agreed costs due to failure to return deposit. Failed to respond to any contact in relation to this matter and the fine print in the agreement fails to say 'refundable' deposit - so have been unable to gai ...

    We picked up our hire car at Heathrow airport, paid extra for meet and greet and was met off our flight and taken to car straight away. Car went okay, no problems with it at all.

    This company should be banned from doing business. Take a serch on the net to see how many people there are still waiting for a retur of the deposit. I am one of them - and countless emails/phonecalls has not helped!
