I had a terrible experience with Bookable Holidays, but I feel I need to say that I am satisfied with the result of my dispute (although it needed some perseverence).

Bookable Holidays are simply dishonest and fraudulent. They took more money than agreed from my bank account over the phone and despite contacting them to have it put right they simply don't care. I will NEVER use Bookable Holidays again.
Excellent when booking, great customer service - COMPLETELY impossible to get hold of afterwards when I received my e-tickets and they did not indicate which terminal I was flying from at Gatwick. Been holding on the phone for 30 minutes at a time, finally g ...

Bookable Holidays is a disreputable and untrustworthy company, and I strongly recommend that you don't book with them. I booked a holiday to Turkey end August 2009. Bookable Holiday were competitively priced and were quick to take my money. However, if you require any aftersales service, you'll get nowhere. Never again
