    Fly Niki is The worst airline ever, i have never had a bad experience like this during my flight from Rome to Wien first of all at the check in counter i dealt with a girl who is in my opinion the worst front liner you can meet in your life, no greetings or smiling her welcome message is do you know ...

    Other airlines do inform you by email of a change of flight and they request a response so they know you received the message. Niki Air need to realise that just sending an email doesn't necessarily mean that it arrives to the recipient!
