    Insured through Diamond, before the Policy started I needed to change a driver - charge applied!

    After policy implemented, within 2 days pester calls started to enhance cover and an assumption that you would accept!

    Also, the credit card used is also used to debit your account come renewal time - ...

    What a nightmare. I thought the price was too good to be true. They charged a fortune for a minor change to my policy. I went back to Aviva - much better service and within a whisper on price.

    Someone smashed into the back of my car. Diamond had a hire car out to me within 2 hours, and sorted out physiotherapy as I was injured in the crash.
    Reading other posts, I'm lucky the guilty party admitted full responsibility, as I had no problems with the claim whatsoever.
