  I've had it less than two years and not cooling properly. Milk and cream have not kept to use by date. Would not have known if I didn't have a thermometer. Luckily I've discovered this while it's still under guarantee.Nuisance, had to clear it out and defrost for 48 hours to wait engineer.

  I bought this fridge freezer in June 2006. The problem happened in January 2007. Telephoned customer services who said they couldn't send an engineer for 10 days. Did fit me in for a cancellation. The engineer took 2 hours with a hairdrier defrosting behind the appliance and said it was some sort ...

  The appliance is too easily broken. The engineer service from Bosch was OK. But their customer service was useless.

  Apparently there is a problem with the "defrost heater" in these machines. Bosch know about it as do their engineers. It cannot be repaired so a replacement is required. If still in warranty that is not to bad but if it has expired "hard chuckies".

  Bosch have been absolutely rubbish 1st machine failed 49 days the replacement has started playing up at 9 months later the engineer does not have a clue the customer services are as bad as the machine. I don't recommend this company and any products they produce, this is the most expensive Fridge F ...
