I have always had dark circles under my eyes and this helps to conceal them naturally. Very easy to apply and blend. I have tired the much hyped YSL Touche Eclat (which is about 4X as expensive) and this is better... a very similar consistency but it also comes in various shades, not just one.

L'Oreal Touche Magique Concealer is a very nice product for blemishes or light dark circles under your eyes. It does not give the type of illuminating effect I was looking for, but overall it's a very nice product.
