    good gym had one for years i use it mainly as a pulley station and for the leg extention

    Great machine! great excercise! I would say that it is a good gym for everyone. I really enjoyed it since it was a good price! And it is easy to use! Very annoying to set up! thats it.

    This bench isn't recommended 4 a beginner. Good all round and easy bench 2 use. With the right attachments you get all the benefits of a gym workout.
    I just dont think the cable system is too crash hot, all the cables fit centrally which is great but the more exercises you try to do the cables becom ...
