    The customer service is very, very, very poor. I hape to never have to deal with this company ever. I am so unhappy with them.

    my overall satisfaction with US banks internet site is very good. I like being able to pay bills on line and the ability to move funds from savings or credit lines as necessary without visiting a branch or calling a busy teller or the customer service line where the response time is sometimes abomin ...

    US bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
