    Just returned from Gran Canaria where we stayed at the Costa Canaria Hotel at San Augustin. This is our first holiday with Saga but hopefully definitely not our last.     The standard of Saga holidays has fallen considerably, I have travelled with them for the last 10 years, but will not use them again.     This was our first trip with Saga, never again. We went, on a last minute, holiday to Italy. Hotel was acceptable. Our shower had the loo in it - yes in the shower.     I have just returned from Vietnam and Cambodia. The holiday was very well planned and the Saga Tour Guides were very helpful and made the tour enjoyable. This is a very tiring journey so you need a lot of stamina but you do see alot.

    As a long time Saga holidaymaker I ask where the real Saga has gone > We have just spent the worst holiday ever on a Saga river cruise-MV Princess -where the hotel management was chaotic. If this is the present day Saga then never again

    2 weeks april 09 at bel jou in st lucia with Saga Holidays, hotel highly rated. staff could not be more helpful,food and service were excellent.this seems to be a result of having a fist class acting manager recently in place.he was very hands on at all times, interested in welfare of his guests
