I ordered an VW bus usb-stick from Lazybone, paid for it by creditcard and got a ' shipped-mail' 2 days later. A week later nothing received, so I tried to check my account: guess what, I couldn't get in, my account had disappeared. Mail contact: nothing, phone contact: nothing. ...

Lazybone is a terrible company to deal with not worth a rating but worth making other future purchasers know. Lazybone have a lack of communication with there customers. I had to involve Trading Standards and wait four months to get a refund with no apology.

disgraceful - ten times, lazybone uk responded when i sent email re non delivery, there after there has been little contact - for over a month, no response nothing< this is my mothers money - handling complaints very well is the best way to retain customers- would never ever use this web site again ...
