For economy class I thought Eva was great, they are probably the only airline I have seen where they use the top part of a jumbo-jet for economy passengers. We love EVA and would always use them. Elite premium economy class is good enough. Comfortable and on board entertainment AVOD made the 12 hour flight go by very quickly. Flight attendants first class and charming.
We are already looking to book EVA again next year.
This is not first class or luxuri ...

We will not be travelling with Eva Air again. We flew London/Bangkok and return on a 747, economy seating. The seats were the hardest we have ever sat on! My partner had to have oxygen on board and the staff were very vague to say the least on the operation. We had problems straight away and thank goodness there was a trained nurse in our party who had to show them what to do!! I love EVA air- they are the first airline that I have been 100% happy with. Their deluxe economy seating is great, and only costs about $300 extra. The seats are comfortable, wide, and spacious. They also have a perfect safety record. I will always fly with EVA when I have the chance.

Eva Air does an excellent job despite some bad reviews found here.
We book Eva Air every chance we get as they are part of sky team and we earn CO miles.
A great choice with nice service.

My flight on EVA was what a long haul flight should be, relaxed and comfortable. I was extremely pleased with EVA Air and have booked several upcoming trips with them. The deluxe economy class is well worth the extra 20%.

I really like this airline. I've flown on, Japan, China, Philippines and Korean and have stayed with EVA. I not saying any of the rest are bad I just like EVA.
