I bought this Canon EOS 400D camera intending to upgrade from trusty my Eos350d because it sports a much larger screen for reviewing my photos plus an extra 2 megapixals.I was soon disappointed when I found its shutter delay was nearly half a second which was a lot slower than the 350d's plus while ...

Easy transfer from old analogue model with all the extras of digitalisation (does that word exist?). The digital bits are easy to learn and great tools that give effects only available before in the darkroom so adjustments can be made 'on the spot' that couldn't have been done before. 1.6x lens magn ...

The 18-55mm lens on the Canon EOS 400D performs much better than I had been led to expect by reviews. The sharp, silky images produced are a significant improvement on the Olympus E400 I previously owned.
I aquired a Tamron 55-200 f4-5.6 from Amazon for a mere £70 and it performs very well in ...

The Canon EOS 400D is a great camera, Easy to use with a great auto and manual settings, has a nice len shake effect to get any dust or dirt off the lens and the picture quality is amazing I think 10 mp is way enough for mostly people. This camera is a very good price for what you get.

Easy to use for a novice point and go set up brilliant. It does need a flash addition for ease of night photography. I bought mine after using a friends as i was still in the stone age with a nikon slr good camera only find mistakes after film developed.

I bought my Canon EOS 400D for £341.00 new and although I needed to buy a good zoom lens because the kit lens is not top notch I still consider the camera value for money.

he Canon EOS 400D is easy to use for new DSLR users. This camera is well built, despite not being built from Magnesium alloy like its "Bigger brothers/sisters the EOS 40D and above. The stock 18-55mm USM lens, actually gives 28.8-88mm equivalent in 35mm format. This is because of the 1.6x cropping f ...
