I arranged a DJ for my nephew's 9th b'day party and no one turned up. Deposit not being returned either.

If there was a 'professional' company that did not keep its promise, this is it! Inherently unreliable.

Not all DJ's are like this company appears to be. Aplus has been shunned by the industry. The majority are hard working, honest and reliable. There are a handful, as in most industries, that tarnish the efforts of the others. When making a booking for any kind of entertainment, not just a DJ, always ...

I booked and paid Aplus Entertainment for a Magician for my daughters 8th Birthday in February 2007. The day before the party I contacted APlus to confirm details, and I was told the magician/disco would arrive at 1:15.
No one showed on the day, leaving a hall full of disappointed children.

I never went into a contract with Aplus Entertainment. I have now taken the matter further.
