The Yamaha Dragstar XVS 125 is the best learner leagle cruiser you can buy, it has a beautiful v2 and it runs like a dream and although it will only reach a top speed of around 70mph that is plenty of speed if you are still learning how to use gears.

I got my Yamaha XVS 125 Dragstar with 14k miles on it, and it's been really easy to learn on.It takes about £7 to fill up, and this goes for about 100-120 miles.Although the power isn't the best (I can only do 60 tops), it looks fantastic for a learner legal bike.I can't fault the reliability ...
