Rudest air crew we have ever seen flew from lhr to hong kong, five hours before drinks were offered. The worst by a long way, ran out of choice both ways?

Flew round the world recently. Air New Zealand are good but they do not compare with Singapore Airlines. The menus need some attention and the service could do with improving if they are to compete with the worlds best.

Always use AirNZ because we trust them and the planes are always clean. We love the Premium Economy cabin, especially with the new scrumptious Business Premier, which is now offered in the cabin. Thoroughly recommend this airline.

Amazing service....... attendants always great.Very clean palne. Fantastic food......... better than most other airlines by miles. Air NZ are still top 5 anywhere in the world. Sometimes their prices are far cheaper than the other European airlines.No 'complimentary' upgrades going!!

First long haul flight at this seat pitch, first class for room and comfort. Only gripe is air New Zealand pricing policy. Its possible to get a reasonable single fare from Hong Kong, however a single from UK is more expensive than a return from UK.
All in all a pleasant experience
