    Placed an order for a couple of bb guns, bb's and a target.BB Guns UK had a great range to choose from, and I got free delivery having spent over £50. It came the very next day and everything I bought was really good.

    My order placed 3 weeks ago as still not arrived. No-one answers any of the phone numbers listed (and one is even unobtainable). Submitting email requests results in a standard response that their email servers are being maintained. I have sent 6 emails now and still have no proper response from any ...

    i ordered a gun nearly two weeks ago from BB Guns UK and i still havent got it. i sent 3 emails but got no reply and when i rang the number it said that customer service was unavailable. really disappointed as i paid over a hundred pounds for the stuff in the order.

    I liked the graphics on the website although they loaded a little slow. The customer service was great spoke to someone about the product I wanted to buy via the LiveChat box. Very happy with my purchase, going back for more!

    I found bbgunsuk.co.uk to be very helpful when I had a few questions about a potential order. They helped me out and I purchased the item online. The order arrived the next day! So overall I was pleasantly surprised

    If you want to buy a cheap gun, spring or electric, this company is probably fine, but don't buy anything too expensive here.
