Generally I like the blackberry pearl it does have a lot of good points, unfortunately you can always work, but I generally think the ball is a bad design, because it always breaks, this is my third blackberry in 6 months, they can with stand a beating to the exterior but the ball, like the old ball ...

Horrid phone not thought through. The keyboard is fiddly as is the silly non qwerty set up. Bluetooth is absolute rubbish. RIM have got to sort it. This went back and the 8800 replaced it. Reception better and not one problem with Bluetooth. Bad phone, keep away!

If this is an attempt on mainstream smartphones the inability to send more complex items via SMS is a huge weakness. I could live with it otherwise.
