    Southwest Airlines is Customer friendly, they go out of their way to make sure the customer comes first. I travel with Southwest once or twice a year to visit family in Seattle.     I'm in the military stationed in san diego. I fly home on average once a month when not deployed. I enjoy the open seating and the service provided on Southwest Airlines.

    Flew with Southwest Airlines from Tampa to New Orleans, not exiting the plane, it was late leaving Tampa by 1 hour and new orleans by 30 minutes. Weather was good, but they did not give reason. I think they were waiting for late passengers that bought tickets that day

    Inexpensive, allows more bags for free, things other airlines charge like blankets, pillows, snacks, and such are free, good customer service, and they have a sense of humor.

    Very orderly in boarding the plane and I am 6'5" and 300 pounds and there was plenty of room for me. Luggage always there on time and flights and my flights have always been on time or early. Great prices.

    Southwest has lost our luggage on the last 3 flights we have had. Gross incompetence with no remorse!
