    Product quality is awful. First, the on/off button stopped working. I didn't exchange it as the unit still worked OK and it comes on anyway because of the motion sensor. Then when I could not update the unit due to lack of internet connection in my new flat this month (May 07), it went mad, beeping ...

    My Road Angel Plus has been replaced twice, date of last replacement: 03/10/2006, not functioning! Road Angel Products have a good reputation, but they have problems with the Road Angel Plus and are totally mismanaging the situation. They have a customer database!     The Road Angel Plus' so called 8 hour battery life is a joke! I purchased mine in June 06 and since then I have exchanged the thing 4 times due to unit failures etc. The one I have now wont charge so I will now be looking for a full refund - I just couldn't bare to get it exchanged again, I HATE THE ...
