    My loan hasn't gone through yet, and I have just got it approved today, but the webchat service was a great idea (I could use it while at work), and I spoke to someone at Netloans who was able to talk me through the options, not just a telesales person.

    Although Net Loans offered similar rates to other brokers, their service was excellent, keeping me informed. I was looked after by the same person all the way through the process. I have had loans from other bigger brokers before, but I would not go anywhere but Net loans in the future.

    Net Loans offered a very similar loan to other brokers, but their personal touch and real willingness to help made me feel I was really being looked after and getting the best deal.

    Netloans offer excellent service standards and they are ultra efficient. They offer great rates and have friendly experienced staff.
