Absolute waste of time. THE CARD DOES NOT WORK IN ASDA STORES!! I was told today (5th time of calling) that ASDA has old card readers which are not compatible with the card. Until the stores sort this out I have to request the till operator to manually swipe the card as the chip and pin is rejected ...

I paid up the full amount then two months later had a letter telling me I had not paid the interest thus they added another 12 pounds as their fees. This was all sent after I had paid in full. ASDA's credit card is OK and I am now receiving only 1p per litre off fuel when it used to be 2p--they changed it without telling me.

The worst thing is their awful website--I keep trying to acess/pay but cannot seem to get on line. This has already resulted in a late payment penalty. I will close ...
