    Had stayed at Seashells in Oct 2009 on a transit accommodation provided by Srilakan Airways. It is in a perfect location, with rooms overlooking the beautiful sea. Restaurant service is average (I felt that they consider transit passengers as lower grade customers). Menu choice was very very limited ...

    On the whole its a great hotel for a stop over or between tours.
    During the day time their is a swimming pool and the staff are about to assist and serve drinks and snacks. The beach is great with sunbeds and shades, I got a bit of hassle from the hawkers and sellers, which gets on your nerves a bi ...

    I stayed at the Hotel Sea Shells during the monsoon season, 30/7//08 - 13/8/08 and although it was pretty quiet most of the day and evening, their are bars down Lewis road that have more entertainment if required.     I would recommend Sea Shells hotel to everyone, all the staff are excellent the situation is brilliant and I will be going back there next year without fail.     Hotel Sea Shells in Negombo is clean, friendly and relaxed. We booked last minute and as we had paid a fortune, we were pleasantly surprised with the whole hotel. We received a great welcome - cool drink and a hot towel.
