    I had an accident ruptured a ligament in my leg. I was unable to walk and had to keep my leg in a straight brace. It was very difficult to fly home!     Have used their annual policy for a few years now and have always found the price of their quote to be very competitive. They always handle enquiries efficiently and simplify your requests for additional cover. I have not had to make a claim so far and touch wood I won't have to but so far so good.
