Best have no insurance and know where you stand. I have not given up yet but they are refusing to pay a claim that is clearly covered in their policy. Unfortunately I found out too late that this is quite usual practice from them. Should rename these Insure and go to hell. Seems there is no 0 out of ...

InsureAndGo.com is a shocking and cynical rip off. I was robbed on holiday in India. I lost £1,000 worth of the items that you would reasonably carry with you on a holiday: SLR camera + zoom lens, ipod, etc. I got a polict report and I do have all the original receipts for these items too. But ...

I had planned to renew my policy as the level of cover is good and as I have not made a claim I had no reason to doubt the service. But when I called to change my expired credit card details I had to pay a 50p 'admin fee' to do so.
