    My complaint is with poor customer service from the 24 hr helpline. I fell and suspected that I had broken my wrist. When I rang the Helpline they just said 'go to any hospital' which I did, having to take advice from hotel receptionist. On arrival at the hospital, they said they did not honour t ...

    No response for 3 months. I still chasing Sainsburys Travel Insurance.. worst insurance I ever taken

    Sainsbury's Bank Travel Insurance has excellent plan cover for the year at an excellent cost. Covers all necessary points in the information leaflet and the call centre are always on hand if you have any queries. Excellent cover and great value for money. Plus great Nectar points offer.

    The travel insurance claims department should advise immediately on the feasibility of a claim. As such, I know have a bill that started at $1000, and due to lagging of Sainsbury's Bank, it is now $2500 with interest.
