My husband fell ill hours before we were due to fly home from Tunisia - I called Tesco immediately and they could not have been more understanding or helpful. They promptly guaranteed my husbands treatment as well as my accommodation at the clinic we were staying in.

Do not touch Tesco Travel Insurance. You will not be able to make a claim. Had a completely ligitimate case but they refused to pay based upon interpretation of words in the contract. I will definately get my money back from small claims court as we have such a strong case. It seems like they ...

I was told that as my suitcase had been out of sight then I had no claim. I could only claim whilst it was in my sight. Who is going to take stuff from the case while you have it in your sight!
