    Didn't quibble about paying out at all!     I contracted Lyme disease in USA. There was no problem reclaiming any expense with my treatment. A few weeks later my wife passed a kidney stone. Phew what a holiday. Once again Norwich Union came up trumps. On two occasions they phoned me to ask how my wife was! Great service

    Our Son was diagnosed with Salmonellae in Thailand, we had to stay in hospital for 6 nights in the Bumrungrad hospital.     Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday in June 2006. My partner had a back injury which meant we had to cancel at short notice.
