Generally, Flow does a great job for what it's been designed. It is very fast to put on, no need to sit and stap. I really enjoyed putting it on in 2 seconds. Easy also to set, you roll a little but i definitely recommend the Flow Men's Amp-9L Snowboard Binding

I previously owned a pair of Flow MK3 bindings which were convenient but had two main problems. Firstly the large rivet holding the hiback latch in place broke, fortunately when I was doing up the binding. Flow Men's Amp-9L Snowboard Bindings are much easier than the usual strap bindings. These are a great beginners bindings, they get your board on your feet without getting your bottom wet!
