I have followed reviews all summer long almost dreading going to Florida with Monarch. Arrived at Gatwick to find flight delayed 1.5 hours thought here we go, next update 2.5 hour delay, it's all true the reviews were correct.....Finally boarded 2 hours late plane very nice clean and staff very good ...
