I'm on the silver service with VOIP Talk which is fairly pricey although still cheaper than my old Virgin landline. Had problems with voice dropping out on outgoing calls and the support was poor.

I have tried half a dozen providers prior to voiptalk and there were always niggles with them (incompatible hardware, calls dropped). It's hard to determine who is and who isn't a good provider but i suppose proof is in the pudding. I have also noticed that voiptalk has services geared for business ...

Unreliable service - one day it's fine, the next day dropping calls, poor line quality, number unobtainable. They have major quality problems to overcome before I would recommend them to anyone.

Automatic provision problems at VOIP talk(i.e. your bank gives them the money, but Voiptalk think not and then they don't allocate you a product) and you have to wait days for them to figure out they have got your money, and they eventually give you the service.

If you want to use VOIP, I suggest you find another provider that provides a little support than VOIP Talk.
