After many years of banking with Wachovia Business, they no longer provide notary services to their customers. My biggest client requires me to have a notarized document before each time he pays me.

Trying to open an account is a major pain. You have to jump through so many hoops that I almost gave up. The Wachovia Business account rep that I was given made me feel as though I was bothering him every time I called. It took absolutely forever to get an account set up. If I had to do it again ...

Wachovia answer the phone right away, but they have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Even if you get someone you think you can trust on the phone, they never follow through.
