Unhelpful customer service Once I signed up for a product they started charging me and but didnt seem to care when they actually would set the broadband up for me... They took 6 weeks to set up my broadband - it's just not worth the wait! Therefore I do not recommend Sky Broadband.

Technical service engineers were good and committed to returning your call until resolution could be found. Overall I would say they were average within the market and if they tried they could improve the service with some simple changes. One would be length of response time in answering customer ca ...

Router needs rebooting every night as a minimum. Very dodgy connection with the computer. Download speeds very patchy and a technical support centre which is clearly lacking technical knowledge. When the line is slow I do not need to be told every time to delete my internet history / cache and reboo ...

Very good broadband quick connection would recommend to anyone. All in all a good broadband connection as I only paid 5.00 for it with having the sky tv channels. The only bad point was it was a little bit hard to install the macafee spyware that came with my router and I had to phone sky which was ...

Signing up to sky BB was one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. The call centres seem to be in absolute dissaray and clearly cannot cope. 47 mins on hold to one dep't before I gave up! Not recommended!

Good price and equiptment and reliable serivce. After a few teething problems with our router sky sent us and brand new one and floged the other one for a few quid! After that we were up and running with no problems at all! Therefore well recommend sky broadband.

I have nothing but praise for Sky's Broadband. We moved from BT becuase we kept dropping our connection. Once moved to Sky we have not dropped a connection since (over a year now). We have had nothing but great customer service and great reliability. I have recommended Sky's Broadband to my friends ...

Basic Sky broadband is O.K. Make sure your B.T. line can give at least one and a half Mbs. Get a good line installed.. If your computer is too far away from the wireless router it will lose connectivity. To solve that problem, buy two powerline adapters from e.g. Amazon. Plug one into your power so ...

Sorry for all the people who have had a bad experience with sky broadband, but mine has been nothing but positive! I ordered the mid package on the 26th of august, customer service on the phone was excellent, quick and easy, I had the router 2 days later (which I've had no problems with) then receiv ...

Cheap if all you want to do is surf and email. I took out the Base 2Mb connection, £30 connection fee and no monthly charges for my parents home. If you have a lot of patience and need to save some money then opt for Sky. If you want a reliable broadband I do not recommend sky broadband due ...
