I'm not sure about these reviews telling us, the Gamo Hunter Sport isn't consistent, or accurate. Maybe they need shooting lessons or something. My buddy and I went and bought ours together and only use the PBA Raptors, and the accuracy couldn't be moe consistent with both rifle. we constantly pop t ...

I take back everything nasty I've said about this Gamo Hunter, except for the clumsy trigger and scope mount. I just got my new Beeman 2-piece scope mount and what a difference! 10/10 plastic golf ball at 35+ yards. My pellets of choice are RWS superdome. These by far the most consistant at 35 t ...

Nice looking, light, good shock absorbtion, easy to cock, quiet, good impact. Nice scope, easy finger adjustments. I expected much better consistancy in a $200 rifle. This is a better rifle than the Big Cat but there are still better rifles on the market for less money or slightly more. The screws ...

So far I'm loving this gun. I got it partially sighted in and well, I'm happy so far, with a new scope it'll be great. it shoots a flyer once in a while but at about 25 yards i could consistently hit the top of a small tiki torch in the back yard, so not bad. good enough for pests around the yard ...

I like the stock being wood instead of plastic, i have had another pellet rifle with plastic stock and it cracked while cocking it great gun.
Very accurate 3/4 inch groupings at 50 yards, powerful, supersonic with raptors. There are no bad points.

Well I guess it's back to researching to see what I can get in place of this one, I was looking for a Gamo big cat 1200 because I researched several air/pellet rifles before I headed out to the store and read nothing but good about it but they were out of it so I settled for this Hunter. This gun is ...

The Hunter Sport looks very good, its light, the trigger is nice it's easy to break open, but it is very inaccurate. I don't know if it's the scope or the rifle, I will remove the scope and remount it and try again. If that doesn't work I will be returning it and buying something ells and it won't b ...

Does not group well when my old pump daisy can drive tacks.
Pattern worsens with PBA ammo. Tried lead and is more accurate but still not great.
Would not feel confortable hunting due to poor accuracy.
