I have bought contract from Mobile Shop with cash back. They paid my cash back after 16 months. Never buy contract with cash back from Mobile shop.

My wife and I both bought phones and contracts from Mobile Shop with cashback. The cashback is still outstanding over a year later. They ignore my emails. They are friendly on the phone. But they haven't paid me.

I am still waiting for all my cash back payments. My contract is up in 3 weeks and i have yet to receive anything. When I e mail they say they have to make manual payments but i am still waiting. I would not recommend mobile shop to anyone, they simply have taken to long.

Bought the phone on line, quick delivery. When it came to paying cashback it was another matter. Did not receive replies to emails and kept saying system is down and will have to process claims manually and would take time and would not commit to date as to receiving cashback.

I agree that Mobile Shop takes AGES to pay cash for their cashback offer but why not try receiving a cash back voucher instead? It comes in the form of a gift card and since I have had my gift card I have received credit onto it within 30 days of every claim I have made. I chose Argos/Homebase as I ...

Don't get your phone from here! Like pretty much everyone else, I've never received any cash back from this company, and have spent too much time calling/online complaining with them. Just thought I should get my review out there to help others steer clear.

Contract is coming to an end and am still waiting for cashback promise to deliver. Following complaints via phone calls and emails. If I felt they had delivered their promise I would have considered taking out another deal!
