My husband and I recently booked a trip to Cancun through Vacations To Go. Vacations to Go accepted our money and booked our trip. I didn't find out until later that they passed the reservation off to Apple Vacations. VTG completely screwed up our reservation but took zero responsibility for it. ...

Once Vacations to Go take your credit card, you're stuck and if you withdraw, you incur a 90% penalty. I have used VTG several times in the past year, and have an excellent agent ! He gave us the best deal for every one of our cruises, I wont use any other company, when booking cruises!!!

I have worked with Vacations to Go a number of times and they always treat me well. You actually speak to real agents, and if there is a problem, mgt. will go above bar to help and get things done! A member of staff took care of basic questions and 1 big problem I had.
