Worst courier service. Ordered from Fitness Superstore (they also have worst customer service team) some equipment. I was told that it will be delivered on 15/09/2009. Waited all day never turned up. Waited in all day for a delivery it did not turn up I rang their depot, there had been a problem at the depot and no one thought to ring me and let me know they will not be delivering! I am waiting in all day today for the delivery as they have promised it will be here today...Am still waiting at it ...

When you order goods which are dispatched via TNT, you don't know on what day they will attempt to deliver. If you are away from home during office hours (like most people) they will bring the goods to your door during these hours and leave a piece of paper. Then repeat the same the next day. Three ...

I ordered an import from Nepal about 1 week ago, and was expecting it to take aleast 2-3 weeks to get here. Well little did I know, the manufacturer uses TNT for shipping. This company Is outstanding!

i use tnt daily and find the only problems that i have are my customers not passing on correct information to me to pass to them, also it is a one man service, but a customer could pay £10 for delivery and they would be looking for 2 men eh not gonna happen
