Business Post could not find a simple address. After 2 attempts with 2 different drivers. we are not that hard to find.These guys are very poor and have kept me on hold for 20 miutes with no answer.

Incompetent, these people destroyed the parcel sent to me so completely they refuse to even let me see it.

Someone should explain to Business post, what next day delivery is supposed to mean. I order a lot of stuff on the Internet and usually the delivery times are satisfactory especially with Royal mail.
