    I have used many banking web sites over the years, and Bank of America's is the worst.     Bank of America's online banking is a great resource to use when it comes to rectifying you account. Online access enables the customer to see exactly what the Customer Service Reps see. It's a great tool for those who like to monitor their account activity.
