Without doubt, this is the WORST online retailer I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. Would have given them 0 stars if it was possible.

Placed an order for "in stock" items on 22/10/09. Credit card was debited full amount shortly after and I've still only received 1 item of 4 with no comm ...

I can see that there are a lot of feedbacks regarding this retailer, but I have used them on a number of occasions and have not had any problems. I know they stock lots of wetsuits, which is why i made the purchase from the site.

Looking at lot of the comments , I feel its not a fair reflection of the retailer. I have bought items from bonthonebikes over few times , and I hardley had problem , my advise is before you buy , just call one of advises and ask for more detail and delivery options , you can eliminate lot of the pr ...
