I had previously ordered two personalised shirts from Kitbag without a problem.

Third time unlucky....I ordered a Chelsea goalkeeper shirt including official name and number printing, complete with 2 x Premier League badges on the sleeves. Paid an extortionate amount of money to have it delivered ...

I have had too many bad experiences with this retailer. When ordering a Celtic shirt for my nephews birthday I never received it. I think Kitbag is OK. I ordered R. Madrid kit 2008/2009 and it looks good. Delivery as fast as it states. So nothing is wrong so far, I've not contacted them therefore can't really comment on the customer service.

I had bad shoping experience at kitbag.com I was overcharged, part of my order was canceled, customer service was useless. I will never deal with tem again. Unreliable service, items out of stock, overcharges, bad attitude of the customer service

Kitbag is ok and is cheap, however they seem to have problems with the deliveries. But I still like them.
