    First things first, you need to buy a domain and hosting to be able to put your website online. Buying a domain at Godaddy is highly RECOMMENDABLE, no hassle, cheap ($10) and easy to manage.

    I would not recommend Go Daddy. I am still awaiting transfers SIX, yes 6 months after the requests, still they procrastinate.

    It's your long distance dime for customer support (no 800 number to call), and you can sit on hold for a very long time waiting for help. If you e-mail for help, you can wait up to a day, and sometimes you don't hear back at all. I've been trying to cancel some of the Go Daddy web hosting services ...

    Overall, a brilliant web host. I was looking for a company which provides cheap domain registrations plus hosting, and GoDaddy fitted the bill perfectly.
