These cheeky bast**ds stole 25 euros with the error code 33 story!!!

customer service simply not existing!!!!!

It will come the day I will go myself to Cologne and kick some butts in Betamax HQ,

just avoid voipcheap and any other Betamax product!

Keep track of your time, as they over charge, and there quality isn't very good. When you want to talk or send an e-mail to VOIPCHEAP, it is impossible, I have checked there whole web sight an found no way to contact them. I would suggest you check this out before putting any money in your account. ...

First, poor call quality. Using their software to make calls, I nearly always heard occasional clicking sounds (this on a broadband connection). VOIP Cheap offers the most cheapest call to Philippines from Canada. Also has unlimited free calls to US and within Canada. Recommended to all Filipinos abroad.

I already use voice cheap for 18 months. In the beginning I had some echo. Now that problem seems to be solved.

Don't use them! I would like to inform everybody that VoipCheap.com has taken 50 FreeDays from my account when I bought credit.
