    I've used this Hawke Nite Eye scope on a PCP 11.5 Ft/Lb rifle (.177) - the book said once scoped at 35 yards then for each dot up or down, it's 10 yards difference - for my rifle - found i had to scope it around 32 yards - and this works every time up to 70 yards.
