    Lures you in with rebate offers that don't materialize.Company does not honor rebate offers. (Runs you around until rebate time is expired.)
    Service on-line is disconnected. (They can't keep your info together.)
    Envision EN-910e often clicks and goes blank to reset for different applications.

    My 19" has worked well for me for the last4 years. Good color, easy setup, well recommend the Envision EN910e. Infact when thinking about it there is not one negative thing I can say about this monitor in my experience with it so far. Try it.
